Homeowner Dues $$

Our community is awesome because our dues are voluntary and are extremely low, this year they are only $100.00. We use this money to pay for a varity of items, including maintenance of the park, weed spraying and support for board activities and some terrific community events. Please show your support by paying your dues, so that we can continue to keep the costs low for everyone and we can all enjoy such an excellent community!

Surrey Ridge Home Owner dues are set by the voters at the annual meeting each year

  • The dues are for the fiscal year beginning June 1 through May 31 of the next calendar year.
  • The dues are due and payable June 1 following the May meeting.
  • The dues for the fiscal year June 1st 2023 through May 31st 2024 and are $100
